How we use your information
Your information powers the core Zentiri experience: managing recruitment workflows, processing payroll, generating people analytics, and personalising each employee's hub. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our platform and develop new features.
Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics), and only under strict data-processing agreements. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data security
We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and enforce role-based access across every layer of the platform. Our infrastructure includes continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures.
