TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms that respect your time
Plain-language terms governing your use of the Zentiri platform. No surprises, no fine print.
Effective — 1 March 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Zentiri you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Description of services
Zentiri provides a cloud-based human-resources platform encompassing recruitment workflows, payroll processing, people analytics, employee self-service, and compliance tooling. Features vary by subscription plan.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Billing and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect on your next renewal.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Zentiri. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, code, and documentation. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zentiri for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentiri's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection legislation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
